Gee, I forgot to watch it this morning.  
The result isn't surprising, considering my comments that they, besides team work, they really need to work on defense.  According to the box score, their offensive rebounding isn't bad.  It's really their 2-pointer accuracy that was bad, even lower than their 3-pointer accuracy.

Yeah, most of the team member are not the top 2 scorers in their teams (except Walker/Mitchell/Tatum/Middleton).  However, the US team still has more talents than any other team.  If they can play with good team work, they should still prevail.  Unfortunately that will take time, and many of these players are too young.  The whole idea of using mostly young players is so that they will grow together with better team chemistry in the future.  However, I suspect that the next FIBA roster will be quite different from this one, whether they will win the title or not this year....
